Show 370: Samantha Allen ~ Law Mom
Wednesday Aug 05, 2020
Wednesday Aug 05, 2020
It was my pleasure to interview Sam Allen, Esq. Attorney at Law Mom, LLC out of Duxbury, Massachusetts.
The sincerity came through loud and clear about how she really wants to help people with integrity, and it exuded from her core.
I was astounded to discover the percentage of people that still don’t have a plan in place and it was equally refreshing to hear Sam talk about the importance of leaving a legacy behind.
Sam describes her ideal client is the parent who wants to decide or have a say of what happens to their children if they are not here. And I loved Sam’s explanation of why it’s so important to take it beyond docu-only to be certain that all the proper paperwork is in place, so no child is ever hung up in the system.
We also talked in-depth about how our lives can change so much and so quickly—which is why she is so adamant about including a complimentary review every few years to be sure her client’s original intention is still relevant.
What Sam wished she had mentioned was that she is expanding into elder law soon, but regardless, I honestly believe her podcast idea is greatly needed and will be well received especially her special needs trust planning.
