Interviewing Wendy was so much fun! She is truly the easiest person to have a conversation with!
In this podcast, our conversation was full of awesome energy as Wendy conveys her heartfelt mission to support others and reveals effortlessly how easy it is for her to be the resource for the great connections she makes.
I do wish that we had dove deeper into how powerful epigenetic nutrition is becoming and later, off-air, Wendy shared how much of a game changer it has become when it comes to nutritional supplement options.
Wendy is a trusted and devoted Independent Distributor for Reliv and she shared some of her client’s positive experiences in our candid discussion, albeit Wendy is clear that the Reliv products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or even prevent any disease.
For more information about the amazing history of Reliv please contact Wendy at WendyAndBuddy.Biz.

It was such an honor and delight to interview the wonderfully amazing Aja Vancica! Her vibe was so fresh and light, yet so very compelling.
When I first spoke with Aja, and learned she had three sons like me, I immediately took myself to a place in my mind where I thought deeply about what it would feel like to be an innocent black man of integrity and honor, simply walking down the street, only to have a white woman clutch her purse as I walked by.
When Aja and I touched on a few points in Catrice M. Jackson's book, "The Becky Code" the desire I had in me to feel more continued when the paperback book arrived in my mailbox prior to our interview. But as I dove into the book I quickly realized that the script was flipped. And I became defensive and felt like the innocent white woman with integrity and honor that was being painted as everything but. This my friends, was a very good thing indeed.
And even though I am doing everything I can to remove from my mind and mouth the microaggressions and vocabulary that continue to hold systemic racism in place, as I listened to myself speak in our interview, I was still coming from a place of White Silence or Fragility.
As our conversation continued, Aja so gracefully helped bring our thoughts to light and I am forever grateful to share our personal words and insight to all who take the time to listen, to do my part as a white woman, to continue this conversation again and again, and do what it takes throughout my life-until.

Interviewing Christine James was both scary and fun! I state clearly that I am not into politics and don't keep up with the latest and not-so-greatest of what's happening in our country and beyond. However, I do care about my country and the people within it. This interview marks throwing my first softball into the ring, stepping into my fear to touch on a subject that I am not well-educated on, and bringing light to the things that I am passionate about.

2020 has been an eye-opening year for me personally in many heart-wrenching ways. One of which is that I am not doing enough as a white woman beyond just 'not being a racist.'
We don't know what we don't know. But now I know. I was not doing enough. So I am educating myself, which is creating change. Beyond reading books to learn about different cultures I am stepping into the difficult conversations by using my platform.
It is my sincerest intention to create space for women to have their voices heard. And within these very special conversations I want to learn about the experiences of real women in our communities through their eyes and hearts and share those conversations with my listeners.
I want to better understand the depths of this divide so I can be a part of creating sustainable change today, with my kids, and for all the generations to come.
