I am preaching in this show for sure. But I can’t stress it enough that how I was able to change my diet and create something that is sustainable for me, I had to change my mindset first. And if we think it will be ‘hard’, we will be right. If we want to make change happen, we must create a new belief, and attaching ‘pain’ to the old habit is key to making that change happen.
I do talk about sugar and grace and how even the thought of the potential medication was all the ‘leverage’ I needed to help me grab hold of something I could do and remain focused. The thought of medication to ‘fix’ my blood pressure was the invisible incentive I knew would help me to take control of my heart. Towards the end of this episode, I spoke briefly about forgiveness and I will be addressing this subject more in another episode coming up soon!

Michelle Woerdeman is practically one of my co-hosts and I love hearing her coaching philosophy and why coaching can be such a game-changer. Michelle makes many great points about how we go through so many different chapters in our lives through marriage, kids, career changes, retirement, etc., and with these changes come emotional and monetary changes. And oh how money can be extremely emotional!
Michelle and I dive into how people view money from a scarcity mindset or an abundant mindset. And either one will create either more scarcity or more abundance. We had so much fun talking about being more mindful about our financial situations, being grateful for the things in our lives, and how these simple practices can create more abundance in our life. When we are being mindful, when we are in our routine, and our daily diet, we can save ourselves time, money, and pounds and by default, create a healthier lifestyle. MBWLiving.com

I absolutely loved interviewing Amy Pierre! And learning about how she serves her clients to be better versions of themselves, especially highly motivated people who have that ache in their heart that there truly is something missing and that they are capable of so much more.
Amy’s soft but unwavering style came through so clearly when she talked about how she helps her clients uncover things like imposter syndrome, and to see clearly that potent cocktail of ‘fear from love’ from people in their lives that ultimately may be holding them back.

Michelle and I had had so many great things to spark the conversation and we could have talked forever!
I was hoping to be able to mention her upcoming event called "Live To Lead" but you can check out all of her webinars and events at ATeagueOfYourOwn.com/events.
